IDXPro 3.0 is absolutly outstanding. I literally can attribute 70% of my business from my website and the IDXPro. The great thing about the IDXPro 3.0 is it now offers maps a well as addresses so the consumer feels very comfortable. It is easy to use and literally maintenance free on my end. Another great feature is the gobs of emails it sends me letting me know the people who have been using it and sends me reports every day. Absolutely recommend this product to the very experienced or to the fresh newbie in the real estate field. This feature has taken me from a 100% Club to a Platinum in a market that has an average selling price of $185,000. Needless to say, I am busy.
