What Are the Benefits?

As an IDXPro Partner, iHOUSEweb will:

• Provide a Partner Kit with
  • Custom co-branded signup page
  • Co-branded marketing materials
  • Listing on the iHOUSEweb Partner page
  • Specialized Partner ID
• Send monthly signup and revenue reports
• Manage all billing and Customer Support, including:
  • MLS paperwork/approval
  • All Customer Support issues (we’re open 7 days a week!)
  • Billing members for service
• Pay the Partner a monthly commission based on recurring monthly revenue

What Are My Responsibilities as a Partner?

As an IDXPro Partner, it is your responsibility to:

• Complete the IDXPro Partner Agreement and pay a $200 startup fee for your IDXPro Partner Kit (may be waived for attractive marketing Partners)
• Market and create awareness of IDXPro to your members
• Always use your custom Partner signup page
• Know that there is no white label branding or unique designs/layouts due to contractual obligations with the MLS boards
